While majoring in Construction Management at Ohio State University, Shaw began his construction career as a general laborer for Mansfield Asphalt for three summers working on various crews.
In the spring of 2002, he served an internship with Simonson Construction Services, Inc. working primarily in estimating. He then proceeded in the summer of 2003 working as a general laborer for Simonson’s. In December of 2003, Shaw graduated from Ohio State with a degree in Construction Management and soon after came to work fulltime as an Estimator/Project Manager. Shaw can look forward to a rewarding career in the construction industry.
