The original Salvation Army Community Kroc Center was built in 2008 and Simonson Construction served as the General Contractor for the project. Simonson was awarded the General Contractor role again in 2020 when the community center decided to break

Lippert Enterprises Inc entrusted Simonson Construction to build a 122,000 SF warehouse for its growing business.

Hillsdale Local Schools has a fieldhouse to compliment the new stadium and Pre-K through 12 campus. The new facilities with serve the Hillsdale Falcon community for years to come.
