Project Details: The industrial campus expansion initiative included a phased approach to this growing production company. Return Polymers Incorporated collects and recycles scrap PVC material, helping companies eliminate landfill costs and improve sustainability. Return Polymers Incorporated buildings’ are a blend of manufacturing, warehouse, and office space. Simonson Construction Services, Inc. served as construction manager-at-risk for the phased construction project that allowed Return Polymers Incorporated to grow its business and maintain dock access for continuous production.
