About The Project: Ashland University’s nine story dormitory was entirely renovated in 2022. Clayton Hall boasts brand new two-person suites with private bathrooms, laundry on every other floor, and modern upgrades such as air conditioning units in every room and LED lighting. The dormitory is capable of housing over 260 students.
