The Ashland County Health Department is in a newly renovated space, complete with offices, conference rooms, waiting rooms, employee kitchen, and open space for future expansion.

The Ashland County Dog Shelter is the result of a collaborative vision and partnership between Ashland County, the Ashland County Community Foundation, Homeward Bound, the Norma Foundation, and the generosity of many local businesses and individuals.

The Primary Colors facility consists of 93,635 SF for office space, production space and distribution areas. The commercial company purchased land on Commerce Parkway with ability to expand in the future.

The City of Ashland originally had only 1 fire station which was located in the downtown area. With a need for better time-efficient coverage to a growing town, the City Council approved the building of a 2nd location. With help by land donations, etc.,

The Wayne County Court of Common Pleas Adult Probation and Law Library Renovation project was a phased initiative to meet the growing needs of Wayne County.
