Scope: The Brethren Care Village Wellness Center is 2-story, 40,000 SF space geared toward a more independent life style for the senior residents in the surrounding area. The 2-story building consists of 12 independent living units on the 2nd floor roughly 650-700 SF each. Each unit comes complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living/dining areas. Also, (3) units come with access to a roof-top deck/patio with privacy fencing. The main floor has a variety of amenities one would expect from a “Wellness Center” including an indoor 30’x50’ lap/therapy pool, individual spaces dedicated for yoga, fitness, and therapy, and a 3,000 SF community room capable of being divided into (2) spaces. In addition, a full service bar and café complete the list of attractions offered to residents and community members alike.
Self-Performed Services: Site work, cast-in-place concrete walls and foundations, structural steel, exterior fiber cement siding, acoustical ceilings and architectural metal framed soffits, doors and hardware, finish carpentry
