Scope: New 2,400 SF masonry and pre-engineered metal building addition to house a paint booth. Scope included an overhead door, finished restroom, mechanical and electrical along with a site retaining wall and exterior concrete.
Self-Performed Services: Sitework, utilities, foundations, building erection, insulation, doors & hardware and misc. finishes.
