Firm’s Responsibility: Design-Build Contractor
Scope: New office facility was a Design-Build project by SCS. The 4,820 SF facility included a 3-wall glass enclosed conference room with stone veneer, break room, up to 15 offices, server and mechanical room. Exterior finishes included cultured stone veneer with cast sills, cedar timber posts and truss at the building entrance and shingle roof. Parking lot was concrete with striping.
