Scope: The resident of this project wanted to improve their outdoor living & entertaining environment. Through various options of materials and layouts, the owner chose to go with two areas of living space.
The first included a pergola over a Kemiko stone tone acid stained stamped concrete patio with a kitchenette area for grilling. The stone walls were a cypress cobbled limestone which had accent lighting within. Great for entertaining during the day and early evening.
To continue with evening entertaining, the second living area included a matching pergola with seating and a camp fire pit.
Along with the patio areas, this project also included rear yard drainage improvements for the owner.
