Scope: Simonson Construction worked with Ashland City School district to construct a new 22,536 SF Bus Garage/Maintenance Facility and 14,456 SF Central Administration Office bringing all services under one roof.
Originally this building was a bowling alley that closed down and was abandoned several years ago. Once the school district took ownership, we worked together with the school and The Buehrer Group to put onto plans a layout to meet their needs. The project included multiple phases of building occupancy including an extremely tight window for both Design and Construction of the Bus Garage phase.
Self-Performed Services: Demolition, structural steel, steel studs, acoustical ceilings, finish carpentry, sitework, concrete, doors & hardware
